Throughout the months of November and December, the Miami-Dade Public Library System, in conjunction with SHINE (Serving Health Insurance Needs of Elders), will present a series of workshops on Medicare, and choosing an HMO or Medigap plan. The free classes will be offered in English and Spanish at several branch locations.
